Chicken and egg scenario.

The teams that score a lot 5 on 5, also usually have good PP's.

If you look at what really separates good and bad teams, it's what they do at even strength. The difference between say the 5th best PP and the 20th, is miniscule compared to the 5th best even strength team and the 20th.

Holy hell.

Score at even strength, be a good team. It's that simple. It really is. Look at the chart, I believe of the 1st 16 teams listed in order, 14 or 15 are in the playoffs.
