I guess that is fair and he is strong on his skates which I like but he is very soft for a centre, weak on the dot and bad on defence. He is better suited to the wing. I would say if we let him go for nothing it looks like bad asset management in the same token I wonder what he would get in the UFA market. I would bet only a two way.

I wouldn't be angry to see Vey go this summer, the experiment is a little lackluster, the other pickups have been working out well, he's had a ton of time. Hope they bridge-deal baertschi at like 2m for 2 years, make him work for his real payday, just so he doesnt get lazy (which seems to be his biggest fault sometimes).

Stamkos. I'm going to dream. He's the only forward most people would overpay. If they go out and get Eriksson, yet keep hansen/ never played Vrbata with the sedins I'll be surprised, dont see JB being interested in him. Lucic maybe, bleh.
