I'd love to have him, we need LW. And he'll be an RFA and Ottawa will have to pay him big. He's scored 30, 27 last 2 years and has 25 so far this year. Knowing Ottawa's budget they might not be willing to pay him 4-5 per. Maybe another trade with the Sens at the draft?

Hoffman is what he is. Pure scorer with his fair share of ups and downs. Im interested, but not overpaying. Some 2nd rounders, prospects, maybe a roster player needed as well but otherwise id just look elsewhere.

Prediction: Sabres will land Stamkos, but he will tear an ACL during the World Cup.

Still say to sign boedker, promote the better of Bailey or Fasching (or both if Ennis has long term issues) and use some of our picks to bring in a good dman...we'd be contending for a playoff spot with that.
