I have been questioning Bylsma since about 25 games in.
In fact, I was the first to raise the issue on this board, and have continued.
He isn't the one we are going to win with, but he has implemented a structure to the team that is important for the young guys to learn.
That said, they still have a lot of dead wood on the team, and no GM can overturn an entire team that quickly.
Time, give it time.

1st line center is hurt as is 20 goal scoring winger. Need a top six winger top 4 LHD and we'll be close to a playoff team. Can't say the same about the Lafs.
