Way to come along and ruin my life. The Now will no longer satisfy, I need the future when I too will be a funmaster.

If the "+" is a 2nd round pick or a player like Straka/Hagg, then yes. |

Detroit hanging by a thread. Flyers went from -15 goal differential to -9 in one game. It seems like that 2nd wildcard spot is going to be filled by a team who isn't scoring quite as well as their opponent. Good times. - wolfhounds
i'm so excited to be able to say we are 2 points out of a playoff spot. and after tonight, we will say it! |

no clue why not. the guy is already a proven top 4 guy and is like a very likely top pairing guy dman, RH, is big and brings physical play, has skill and is young. I think the Jets would be the ones saying no |

That's the thing: the Jets already have Morrissey, so I don't think Sanheim plus B-grade stuff gets Trouba unless it's a cap issue. |

it's actually the response to these unanswerable questions that i remember most.....i think the 'candidate' took off his shoe, put it on his head and ran out of the room |

Well I would argue that the Flyers are QB'd by a forward.
Giroux is the guy everything goes through. Not Ghost. - jak521
Your missing the point. Ghost is at thw top of the Umbrella as one Streit and Timonen before him. Defensemen naturally defend and skate backwards. Forwards do not. I don't mean to be so brash. |

Is it wrong of me to stay home sick from work and still go to the game tonight? I can't not see Stamkos. |

Im not missing the point, I just dont see it as that much of a problem.
Its all a mute point though, as it will not likely change. I just like Ghosts shot better on the far side. |

A shame you know...
For a couple of weeks they thought they had found 25 year old Vinny. - jak521
You know what they had? They had Vinny from December 2014-early January 2015. Amazingly similar production and stats during his first 13 games as a King and that stretch he had for the Flyers.
That was the stretch that VandeVelde earned his new contract. |

He would certainly help fast forward the development of this team into a contender. I'd trade Sanheim + 2 2nd rounders and something else if need be. |

Unless you are leaking from both ends (sorry for the vividness) you better go to that game.
Also, if you have a migraine (which, seeing you typing on a computer, I would assume is not the case) you have a valid excuse to not go. |

Absolutely not, in fact you should sleep right up until you need to leave for the game so you're well rested. |

Seriously though... VDV is realllly good at saving the puck from getting cleared, only to turn it over immediately and have it cleared. I crack up. So many times he has made a great play on the forecheck only to turn it over as soon as he has possession. |
