You know what's hilarious?

The Leafs signed Babcock for 8 years. He's obviously a poor swordsman because the team is languishing in the basement.

I actually believe this.
But you do come across as arrogant, particularly when you make a point in a post, someone disagrees with it and you suggest that they go back and read it again...insinuating that they have comprehension problems, without acknowledging that you may have not relayed it effectively, or that you could be wrong.

I'm just saying is all i'm saying.

thank you for the feedback, Im appreciative of it and will consider this in the future. Of course when we type something it makes sense to us and not always to others.

It is clear when someone has skims or misunderstood. But still I usually check anyways. There has been a few small errors in wording and I have also admitted in these cases when they are right and will continue to if I am wrong.

we all have abilities and disabilities. Simply like some people cannot do math well while others can. We cant get what we cant get, its just who we are. Doesnt make you better or worse, just different.
That is my point.

But Its your choice if you wish to see me like a Richard, which Im not trying to be. But text form is sometimes misconstrued as well.

Most fans do not understand coaching or what they do, thats obvious. Some people are better at connecting the dots than others. My strength is strategy, its easy for me. But dont understand assessing drafting as well.

Hey you know what? I coached for 10 years. If you want to pin in all on the coach that's cool.

I remember people blaming all of our problems on AV. He went on to the SCF, while we missed the playoffs.

Sorry you took it that way. It was never my intention to call it an intelligence issue, thats what has been taken from it by some I see. Please dont take it negatively.

We usually see things pretty eye to eye, but not here. Thats ok.
I highlighted here how much you limit coaching. On ice players are extension of the coach..... and I previously gave examples of teams that won in spite of their roster. And yes hasek factored into success AS WELL as the coach....not INSTEAD of the coach. Parallel things there.

since we dont share the same view of the game lets just talk about something else.

I've highlighted where I think you have gone too far in what a coach is able/not able to do (Since you did the same). I think coaches influence players to varying degrees, Toews and Q for instance VS. Kane and Q. How much of Kane's game do you really think Q affects? (for me I'd say not much, whereas Toews a lot) I agree it was a combo of Nolan putting a very defensively structured strategy in front of Hasek that got them there. You're right we should just drop it, and I am fine with that.

Q's really good at line matching. Of course, he doesn't have to do much motivating with the players he has on that team.

ya we normally agree on just about everythng else. But not here. But I see that you do see some agreement in this last post about the structure.
Its positional play and that dictated by coaching staff. That right there is how coaches control play and by adjusting this during a game they win games.

Its why our D looks lost every game. Theres no framework here and there should be.

Im looking forward to tryamkin. He looked great in world juniors...wonder when he gets suited up for us 1st game.

Why do you say Im pinning it ALL on the coach? I never once said everything was coaches fault. I think they are a lot of the problem but I never said ALL them either.

Are you vancouver or TO fan? I thought you were canucks fan but it sounds like youre TO fan here in this post.

It's ok. Understanding what other people post isn't everyone's specialty. I understand it better for reasons unknown.

Carry on.
