He has at least 2 more seasons in the QMJHL if he doesn't make it in the NHL

A player must turn 20 before December 31th to be eligible to play in the AHL at 19, like Scherbak this season (he turned 20 on December 30th)

Dubois will turn 18 in June, so it's another 2 seasons for him.

Yeah, he is in the 5-8th range. Looking at the current roster they might sneak in that range.

On a dit ça pendant longtemps à propos de Tinordi. À moins d'avoir une bonne carrure et des clavicules larges, y'a une certaine limite à la masse "naturelle" que tu peux ajouter. Honnêtement, je déteste pas Gauthier mais Dubois a pas mal plus de chien et est plus complet. Mais bon, le débat est plus ou moins pertinent tant qu'on sait pas le rang de sélection du CH. Ils font cependant un effort colossal pour mettre sur la glace un roster de marde.

well our last few french canadian picks have worked out well. just really, really well. so i see no reason to be concerned. we could be looking at the next Eric Chouinard here.

Dubois looks like a can't miss.

My worry is that Dubois goes top 5-6 and habs are picking 8th and take Gauthier who looks to be ranked around the 12 spot.

But maybe their 'local' quota is filled with Danault and Matteau.

you're bang on there, but what happened in December through mid February should never have happened. i don't care who your goalies are. that end of year press conference is going to be nothing but Bergevin blaming injuries while he completely ignores the fact that this team, at its worst points this season, was remarkably healthy outside of the Price injury.
