Mostly they lose moxie by sitting white
Their hockey skills are pretty even
One gets a lot of PK time, the other minimal PP time

Scratching one of those two won't change it much either way

If they get 3 of the 4 points in b2b Detroit and Chicago I'd be happy
Especially if they can beat the red wings in regulation

Really tough right now to make any change the way they've been playing

Provorov now #1 in WHL d man scoring despite playing 10 less games. Sanheim is #4 with 20 less games. Hot diggity dog.

I remember reading his timetable would probably keep him out unless they make the Conf or Cup finals.

Just looked it up. Recovery time is 3-4 months. At the low end, he'd maybe sneak into the Cup Finals. At absolute best. So yeah he's done for the year.

I think you have to think about their roles too. Vagner has been playing great but not sure if he continues that in a lesser role.

The role thing is exactly what Haks will say when they scratch Gagner for Jake.
Least disruptive too.

Would prefer to keep Gagner and slide Raffl down which changes 2 lines. I can see sitting Gagner for Jake though. I get that, just not what I'd do.

Was there any reason given for sitting amac other then "he is not good"?
