I've read other stuff that's said players with NMCs will have to be protected
So we'll just have to see what happens once the exact rules are all laid out

I understand management was actively trying to lose games last year, but the players weren't and ~20 point improvement when all is said and done is a very respectable year on year improvement. Especially when I was reading they were only going to be 5 or 6 wins and or 10-12 points better across pretty much all but the most homerific predictions. Being 50% off is a pretty poopty prediction. It's like if your girlfriend/wife weighs 150 lbs but you say you think she weighs 225. That's a pretty big error on your part.

I think that gets ugly fast. The only thing stopping outright extortion is that the GM of Vegas would have to work with the other GMs in the league. Unless they got an older guy. Uncle Lou?
