Personally I couldn't care less who wins the rookie scoring race. BUT lets not forget that McDavid is playing with a lot more scoring talent than Jack, Personally I cant wait to see how they compare to each other when the talent gap is closer.

Reinhart will max out better than anyone else on Oilers roster except McDavid and Hall. Who McDavid isn't even playing with. So not sure it's that big of a drop off. Eberle is playing well but I'd take Reinhart 1 billion times over.

I'm not well versed on hockey contracts ............... how soon will it be before McDavid can bolt Edmonton? He just has the look and sounds like he can't wait to get out of there.

YES! And hearing that multiple teams wanted Nelson and he decided to come here. It looks and sounds like the young talent is buying in to what the Sabres are doing and that is a good thing for the organization, the fans, and the future. Hopefully FAs feel the same way!

I watched the Canucks game last night .......... they are hands down the worst team in the league right now. They can't even complete a pass into the neutral zone. Every pass is in the skates and every single battle is easily lost. They could easily not win another game the rest of the year.

So fun to watch these rookies play the way they are. The future looks very bright. Glad that my 2 year old runs around screaming "hockey" and one of his first words was "Eichel" Glad he gets to grow up watching him and Sam. Can we get a good "connection" nickname for those two?

Yeah that's my point ...........if he's not happy there (which I'm just assuming he isn't), EDM will not be able to keep him off the market. Imagine that for a minute ........ you think TB is in a pickle over what to do with Stamkos potentially walking for nothing this summer ..............if EDM gets to the point where they know they will lose McDavid, they'll shop him. Imagine the haul they could get for him?
