hey lucas! got screwed over in my fantasy league with injuries (OEL, vatanen, duchene, and malkin). currently battling for 3rd place. my goalies didn't help me last week either

I still find it hard to believe you aren't actually trolling. Give up our best Dman, who is 22 and only getting better, plays every situation and is leaned on the most by the coach, and a 5th overall pick which could end up being a very good forward as well for another very good forward.

yeah, that seems like too much to give up.

our prospect depth is growing, but i don't see anyone in the system that replaces rielly.

it would set us back more than benefiting us that's for sure. nylander and dubois/mcleod as a 1a 1b situation (not close to the 1a 1b in pitts, but still a good situation for us)

If they sign Stamkos, move Kadri for Shattenkirk and grab a proven starter like Andersen from ANA, I think they battle for a playoff spot.

It's a bunch of ifs and maybes, but it's not completely unrealistic to think the team will be competing for a wildcard.

Do nothing with the TOR 1st round pick, except draft with it

once the pick is known, you set your price for moving up/down. if someone hits your price, pull the trigger.

if not, be happy to make the pick.

If we miss the top 3, I would not be upset with either of the Dmen or A. Nylander.

But I would love to have 1 or 2. Patrik Laine looks really good. Game breaking good

I don't think Stamkos makes this team a playoff team. When he was having his best years and winning the Rocket Richard weren't the lightning garbage? obviously an off season can change a lot and who knows, but i expect a bottom 10 finish

not centers though. we have a plethora of wingers. if we know for sure our next 10 years will be stammer and nylander as our 1 and 2, we can take 2 d.

True but Jvr is 10 times better and not much older. Worth keeping Jvr for now IMO
