Affleck was the best on screen version of Batman to date, he was that good.

Eisenberg did a very good job protraying Luthor for exactly what he is: a complete and total megalomaniac.

People need to stop comparing to what was before and go in with an open mind.

It's not like the comic books don't change the tone, motivation, and direction of every character. Hell, they do that every decade or so.

Lex Luthor is supposed to have this incredible sense of presence be foreboding and truly challenge those around him so that you think they are not only equals but Lex may actually be their superior. Rumor has it they nearly casted Bryan Cranston... tell me he wouldn't of done better?

He wouldn't have, for me, because all I would have seen was Heisenberg as Lex Luthor.

I enjoyed the different take, and with the way the movie played out, and all Lex did, he was absolutely their intellectual match.

I believe it basically means he won't burn a year of his entry-level deal as an ato is a tryout contract...when he signs with the jackets, it will be a full, three-year elc

ATO is for college players only and players graduating junior leagues adn is for NHL,AHL, ECHL. PTO is for any player and is AHL only.

I thought Colorado was pursuing Radulov? Never heard him and the Leafs even mentioned in the same sentence until now.

If he goes to the Laffs it will be about 10 games before he books back to Russia.

He wouldn't have, for me, because all I would have seen was Heisenberg as Lex Luthor.

The Heisenberg comparison makes sense... the two characters have a lot in common. But again this is just stuff i didn't like about the movie and the Lex thing wasn't the worst of it to me...

It was a decent movie... not sure it lived up to the three years of hype, a lot of stuff felt rushed and kinda shoe horned in and the 30 minutes they cut prolly would of helped a lot of that, but you don't make a massive movie like this and use the dvd release to tell the whole picture. Not to draw the marvel vs DC comparisons but if you're telling new versions of characters you need to have them established the stand alone bat and ww movie should of come first, build it up and make it fantastic.

Saw someone on Twitter mention Rad's to the Leafs so this is good news to me. I think. I remember him as being a real head case in Nashville. I'd like Tonto to have to deal with that.

One method, ie the Marvel slow and steady build, is not always the ideal one.

I like that they are doing their own thing.

What they told in the movies was not a new version of any character. It's all from various storylines in the comics over the years.

None of it is new actually, it's only new to the movies, and they decided to make the movie from the approach that people who love the stuff would already know what was going on. I respect that.

I took a friend who hates comics and comic book movies and he enjoyed the movie. He was never confused and thought everything was explained well, and he has no knowledge of any of this from the comics.

Actually, many studios cut down movie times to help make more money as there will be more showings, and a movie going from 2:30 to 3 hours is a giant difference and would have meant less money earned due to the lesser amount of showings that would have been available.

He is a good player though. I think he would need to go to an established team to be consistent though. A team that already has good leadership in place. I think the Leafs would be a disaster for him and would def be running back to mother Russia.
