When you think about it its like 80% certain that his absence will change anything. Could they jump STL .... not likely could Nashville catch them...... not likely, so no matter if he plays or not for the last 5 games, almost "helps" more than it hurts. Rest up and be ready to go

If you look at the play right before it, Coyle used his stick to pull Keith's legs out from under him and while Keith was falling back, Coyle pushed him down. [...]But, not one of us could say we wouldn't do the same thing. That is a dangerous play and if Keith hit his head on the ice, there's a concussion waiting to happen. In fact, if the situation were reversed, I can't imagine Coyle not doing something to retaliate. Maybe not swinging the stick, but something.

If the league had any balls (and we all know they don't) they would be smart to say the actual stick didn't touch his face, the visor is what cut his nose.

Somebody observed this a few pages back: when the refs don't police the game, the players start to. If Coyle gets a penalty there, maybe Keith doesn't retaliate. Or maybe he still does; I don't know. He's certainly shown he doesn't control himself very well in such situations.

If true it would definitely piss me off but I don't know yet if it's more or less than him signing in Toronto... Part of me in the back of my head fears future temptation from Boston scum in swaying Eichel away when he eventually is in his walk year down the line...

Still doesn't help the ease of a (although distant) future of Eichel having temptation to win a cup in his home town... Hopefully by then we'll be close to one ourselves so he can't even think about leaving like Kane in Chicago
