Spot on, dump these over aged bums, what the (frank) have they done since they've been 28. Crap players holding back spots for young inexperienced youth, (frank) morality, honour, integrity, respect and leadership, overrated. - Makita
You own a computer and a car, I'm guessing you've dealt with more than one person with none of those attributes, let alone companies
We best hang on to the Sedins though, they are good productive torch bearers. It may not seem like calling out Virtanen was a good move, but Sedins have always been pretty straightforward with the press and I'm not surprised. |

As Vantel would likely mention, Sergachev has done more to move up. Chychrun has had a very good year, but doesn't seem to be grabbing the limelight like him and Juolevi. I think he is the best d-man, but just happens to be on a pretty weak team. Juolevi and Sergechev both play for mem-cup contenders with NHL draft picks.
That being said, I'm going to be happy with any one of them, happier still with Matthews, Puuljaarvi or Laine
I should note again though, our chances of picking outside of the top-3 are higher right now than picking in the top-3, I know many of you know this but as we continue to drop many here seem to think we are a lock. We have around a 15% chance to get each pick, which means our odds of getting one of the three is around 40-45% but slipping to 4 is still 55% or more. - neem55
Im sure itll be good no matter who it is. If we pick 6th (which when I ran simulator 12x we hit 6th 4x) hopefully he goes w. sergachev. He knows better than us though. Lets see what happens |

Ya, I ultimately trust JB's opinion. If there is one thing I expect him to be able to better than any other GM, It's draft and have a good handle on his scouting staff. |

I think Makita said we could say pretty much anything as long as we put a winkie face after it.

Oh I know, I was agreeing with him that we ought to hang on to them. As well as telling him that there is no honor and integrity, only myths of knights and comic book heros. Reality is a bunch of jaded, contradictory and flawed folk that do the best we can. |

You have every right to your beliefs, I live and work in a totally different reality. I do not subscribe to your train of thought, and believe it's an extremely flawed thought process. |

Its not ALL their fault no. Nor do I claim its 100% 1 way either. There have been other issues. But to go n firmly place it on players isnt right either. People tend to blame things on 1 aspect.
I see it as coaching staff is poor, there needs to be a few changes to D core itself and injuries have greatly affected results. We saw earlier in the year this team and staff is capable of better results. Not GREAT results, but better.
Remember ive been wanting a change for 1.5 years now. This is me NOT blaming them at the end of the season!!! SO dont go there cause thats not how it is.
They dont cut it and arent the right guys for the job, so get em out.....no different than people wanting this player traded or that player. No different. If you guys see a player isnt that great or could be improve you want it to change right? This is exactly the same. - SMBDragon
WOW. That must be agonizing. |

Fair enough. If I ever come across a person with integrity and honor, I'll let you know. My Grandpa is that sort loves the firm handshake, brand and political loyalty and 'men of their word' in business. But is also racist, mysogenist, an alcoholic and single-minded which I think calls honor and integrity into question. I still love him to death, he's just as flawed as everyone else. Now I will respect your difference of opinion, but you did bring it back up |

We have been down the Crawford path here. I am wondering…why would people want him back? - LordHumungous
Because he has possibly matured as a coach, he's got experience and it's not the same team that he coached before. Not that I'm advocating for him, but I wouldn't simply dismiss him because he has been here before either. |

That's funny, I think the idea that there are pure honorable people within such a (frank)ed up and terrible western world that exploits the rest of the world is outrageous so we are on even terms. |
