Idk if your blind but I said he's the only one who's not..? But on the other hand 28 points isn't really a lot to brag about for a "second line winger" - Bigalow

You must be so much fun at parties. - Marwood
I have two rules at parties:
1) No politics/theory/philosophy
2) Have fun, don't hold back.
I am a lot more fun than I am on a message board, but I like hockey and I respect a lot of the opinions on here (the ones that are well thought out, not just mindless insults with no actual intelligent content). Thanks for your helpful commentary though.

It doesn't matter now, we can cheer for the Canucks, will it help the Canucks, that's another story. |

I get the need to defend Benning and the team and all but, the odds are in Shink's favor that he out-performs Granlund.
pure and simple.

If Shink gets top 6 minutes maybe. Granlund had better AHL numbers on a PPG basis and lots at even strength. Where the majority of Shink's #'s were PP.
We'll see. |

Sure, but Granlund is literally the exact same player as Vey. Both somewhat light and small, skilled passers, iffy on face-offs, poor puck skills and ineffective down low, along the boards and on the cycle.
At-least Shink had the skill-set to bring something new/needed to the team, i.e, finishing ability.
Sh!t trade then, sh!t trade now.
Even if both fail to become full-time NHL'ers i still feel as though he lose this trade out of pure necessity |

I think Baertschi will replace Shinks potential just fine. The team only needs so many second line LWers. I think they also probably have Rodin ahead of Shink on the depth charts too. There were 20 plus other GMs that could have chose Shinkaruk but went in a different direction. |

Hopefully so.
Banking on (frank)ing Anton- subsequent bust-Rodin is a little sketchy IMO lol.

I'm going to give each player 50 games on their new team before making statements like this. Your analysis of Granlund isn't close |

Good for you!
Ohhh, in what way?
41% on the draw.
10 pounds lighter than Vey, VEY!
Weak on the puck.
Manhandled every game, both in Van and Cal.
He skates pretty.
Poor possession player.
