Today I hit the simulator 10 times and the Canucks only were in the top 3 once at 3rd. Winnipeg was in there 8 times.

I try and not listen to the movie reviewers online and judge for myself. I did not care for Star Wars at all, loved Deadpool, and thought Batman vs Superman was a 7/10 and worth the price of admission and seeing it in theatres.

Back to Canucks though and Beetle_John:

There is absolutely no garuntee how they will pan out, whether or not a top 3 pick will be a franchise player, or just a good player, or a bust. I think if you look a list of the last 10 drafts, and analyze the skill level and DROP after the top 3 or top 5, its quite astonishing. You can always find hidden gems in the second and third or even 5th rounds, but we have proof that top 3 or 5 picks can alter franchises for the better. My main stink in all of this is just to the people who are coming down on those wanting a tank and a top 3 pick, instead of those who want a tank JUST to see the team in a horrible state.

Late hit yes n predatory yes but as clean a hit without picking the head that can be.
Other hits r far more severe when the head is the primary target with many using an elbow.

Only way i see that happening is we fall outta the top 3 or trade down.

My thoughts as well.

What kind of reply is that? First, I never suggested you can accelerate without burning off fuel. I also never suggested players shouldnt be winded at the end of their shift... I am saying he burns out before his shift is over on his solo effort. It was clear what I was saying regarding that.

He has had conditioning issues in the past. Another clue to the conversation you cant follow for some reason. 25 years of hockey and you are completely lost on a hockey conversation?

You criticized his skating yes - I understand you were talking about his condition or lack of - the acceleration sentence didn't make sense so I'm not ignoring the other stuff - it's not important to our argument - im just focusing on the part of your sentence that didn't make sense and initially asked for clarification - but you had to go and got all butt hurt about it - at the end of day it doesn't matter does it? Etems brutal and hopefully he'll be playing in Yemen next year - maybe you should go spin the simulator 10 more times....
