Flyers have gotten 0 points in 33% of their games this season. 6 games left that means 2 games will get 0 points. Lets say they get 1 point out of each (ignoring win %) they will end up with 93 points. That would require detroit to get 6 points in 5 games...which is a points % above what they have done for the season.

I am in no way saying its a lock or impossible...or even that I know where it comes from. I just think the system that the NHL uses makes standings seem closer than they actually are. Cheers to hoping they do enough to get in! It will be fun to watch

and speaking or the Penguins surging, the Pens vs Rangers series is going to be a good one and happy one of he hated rivals will bail early.

I don't like the playoff format as is but funny enough if they lined up 1 vs 8, etc, the Flyers would be playing the Penguin if the season ended today in the 2 vs 7 matchup. It sucks that teams play an unbalanced conference schedule. One can argue its much harder to get in when you are playing Washington, Pitts, NYR and NYI opposed to Florida, Tampa and Boston.

I work at a hospital so there are a lot of systems to deal with. We're all on good terms because we've helped one another out on different occasions. Doctors are a different story. They usually hate you before you help them, during, and sometimes even after you've fixed their issue.

Well, they're important. They don't have to be nice.

No doubt I get why it's done. And working at a large place it is imperative there is some sort of record of assistance. But I wouldn't refuse to help, especially during a go-live. I'd much rather fix the issue, then fill out the ticket myself.
