Not sure anyone misses him. He may have been written into hockeybuzz lore though, for good or bad. The one thing about not getting personal is true, but there was no better king of playing the passive aggressive game than he.

Haha, someone actually bought me the fist one. It is buried in one of my drawers underneath the 25+ Orange Crush shirts I have (I want the original from the 04 TB series).

The ones that irk me are the ones where they try to combine the 4 teams on one shirt. It just doesn't work. The Phillies and Flyers overlap nicely, but the Eagle head just looks bad.

Very few coaches will tinker with the lineup when a team is playing as well as the Flyers have been for the past few weeks. I'd personally like to see Laughton go in for Read, but other than that, I can't see them, nor would I want them to, sit anyone else to get Weal into the lineup.

I understand being hesitant to make changes but I don't believe Medvedev for Manning is an earth shattering change.

I have to admit that I'm not disappointed with Matt Read's play. I'm disappointed with the line mates that have been chosen for him. I think Read has been leaps and bounds better than last season. I also believe he'd play well with anyone in our top 6.

You want to know who really cost us Game 6 in 2010? It's that damn well-groomed Channel 10 reporter guy (I forget his name).

My friend and I went to Games 3 and 4 when the doors opened. We more or less ran down to the Flyers tunnel and hung out there the entire time. If kids came, we'd move back so the kids could stand there, but that was our ritual.

For Game 6, we tried to do the same (slowed down by my dad a tiny bit) but they had a cable spanned in mid-air for his feed and told us we had to go around. By the time we went around, the tunnel was packed, and we had to sit a few rows over.

So thank you very much, Mr. reporter man, for ruining the chances of the Flyers in 2010.

I have a "Fly" Eagles t-shirt given to me as a gift.

It took me a few minutes to realize it was referencing the Eagles fight song (Fly, Eagles, Fly). I was just grateful I didn't need to ask for an explanation.

You don't need a working bathroom in order to watch. Just get a few plastic bags and some toilet paper, you're good to go.
