Line didn't do well last game but they really have been playing terrific. Having a third line that is skilled, forechecks hard, and is respectable 2 way has really changed the dynamic of the this team down the stretch. It's one of the reasons we are talking about "playoffs" imo. I would sit VDV for Laughton, who is essentially a better VDV at this point and capable of 4th line play...but that just isn't happening lol.

Sure would be nice if the Phantoms were going to be in the playoffs. That would give guys like Lindblom, Willcox, Sanheim, Fazleev and NAK even more of a chance to get AHL experience.

Hextall must be looking hard at the coaching staff in Allentown, just like he looked hard at Berube after the Flyers missed the playoffs last season.

I think Hak is going to be hesitant to make changes with the team having played well down the stretch.

I would be in favour of putting Jake on the top line but doubt it happens. Couturier and Brayden seemed to have a little chemistry.

Really? Guess I don't see that tough forecheck as much as you do. And they are all on the smallish side of things. But they do have talent - hands, skating and good shots, plus Cousins' sandpaper.
