Kreider can't be stopped on breakaways anymore.
For the majority of the season he couldn't buy a breakaway goal and now he is money.
Rangers are only one of three teams that has five 20 + goal scorers. Caps and Hawks I believe are the other two. - MidnightMarauder
Kreiders contract is going to be interesting. He doesn't do poop in the regular season but if he is money in the playoffs, that's going to be a contentious contract discussion.

Both he and Brassard have really good shots. I do not get why they are pass-first guys.
At least Krieder figured out how to score on the breakaway lately. Kid would have 35 goals this season if he figured it out earlier. - mames11
Plus how many more wins would the rangers have had he shown up earlier? Probably be looking comfortable in second. He has two games to hit 25. Go off on a bang and hammer home four in your final two Chris!
Facing the Pens in round one, the outcome wont matter. You get one of two scenarios:
Rangers win and Pens fans flood the board with comments about how the team wasn't even healthy and the Rangers are lucky. This is there excuse every time they lose like they are the only team in the league that has injuries in the playoffs and thier injured players are more important than everyone else's injured players
Penguins win and Pens fans flood the board with comments about how the team wasn't even healthy and they still beat the Rangers and how great they are.
