I will eat almost anything that comes out of the water. Except salmon. (frank) salmon.

Otherwise...you name it, I've had it.

Yeah I've only done brisket once. I've done ribs and pork all the other times. (I've had the smoker for like 3-4 years and used it maybe 6 times). But every time the food is awesome.
