Your right, since no canadian audience, theyre praying for Ovi or Pens in finals... to salvage ratings.... - nyrsucks
We all know the ratings will suck no matter who plays. Other than us die hards, nobody watched hockey in the U.S. I mean 2 years ago it was NY vs LA & they still got sh!t ratings.

That was some of the higher ratings the league has seen in a while too.
I think the latest is fracture speculation with McDonagh. Don't know if this has been confirmed. Girardi will be re-evaluated before the playoffs. - mdw7413
yeah i didnt even see the play for girardi.
hes been getting a lot of flak and he isnt as valuable as he once was, but i dont understand the argument that theyll be better without him.
i dont care about the advanced stats in some situations. you watch the games to put them in context. and he had two or three breakups and one play last postseason where he came out of virtually no where to eat a slapshot in the chest as time was winding down on a play. you cant always quantify that stuff.

Yup, Girardi has had a pretty sub par year, but I take him in the playoffs over anyone that they could bring up and replace him with.
The play was Boyle hitting G in an unfortunate spot. Don't think it was intentional or anything, just a bad outcome.

YEP, Esa was the ONLY one that knew it was in. - B2B76
That was great. The only reason the ref looked at the replay was to get him to shut up.
Al had the camera with the big scuff on it during the post game show.

:50 sec mark its here, the only other vid that has it is terrible quality & I think in Swedish. Esa was clutch, our Claude Lemieux.
