I don't watch it regularly. First season was good, couldn't get into it after. Lot of folks who regularly watch it seem more disappointed than happy when they watch

People get absorbed with certain characters and will freak when they killed off. Also fans of the comics sometimes get frustrated with casting choices and plot changes, etc.. Overall, I think it's extremely well written and well acted. It's not really about zombies, it's about how regular people deal with the end of the world.

Agreed, though the ultimate series ending was Six Feet Under, no loose ends there!

The funniest may have been the Newhart show, where Bob wakes up in bed next to his wife from his old show and realizes the whole thing bout running an inn in Vermont was just a weird dream. "Go back to sleep Bob". The look on Newhart's face is priceless.

Its unbelievable that Hackstol got no love. Trotz took a team EVERYONE expected to be the best in the league and guess what, they are the best in the league. A monkey could coach that team to a winning record.

There were parts of the mini series I liked a lot, such as casting Gary Sinise as Stu, but some of the casting was meh at best. I'm looking forward to the films.

Guys I presented my seminar today. The printers on campus jammed thrice this morning while I was trying to print out 28 copies of my materials. Had to use 3 different printers. Then the stapler was out so I had to go to a different building. Great start.

The professors grilled me with questions at the end and I hardly knew the answers. They were mostly about statistical analyses. I know jack poop about that bs....the student questions I was good on though. By tomorrow, I'll email the entire class (and the two professors) answers to those questions, then I wait for my grade.

I think it went ok. My friends said I was awesome. But you can't sleep til you find out for sure.

I'm nervous.

Also a Flyers win would be a beautiful cap to this day.

Was back reading on yesterday's thread and saw a post where Bo said MJL might not ever comeback. I know he grates on the nerves sometimes but i always appreciated his posts cause the guy was trying to hold a conversation. He never made it personal even if was irritating at times so I always respected him for that. Hell even i heckled him a bit at times... I guess what I'm trying to say, is just because we don't all agree on poop sometimes or even all the time, we all root for the Philadelphia Flyers. So God Bless and enjoy the game.
