u mean 2 3rd liners and 2 3rd round picks arent enough for a high scoring up and comer with a very friendly contract ?

What would Lindholm take? A 1st this year to start, Ennis maybe if we keep half of his salary, Guhle, and even then that's throwing scraps for a pretty good piece. Our big problem is we don't have that trade piece that we're ready to get rid of. Ennis is the best trade piece we have along with the 1st and those only get you a middle guy, not a top 2 D.

No way to tell, goalies are funny they don't really show what they got until they are older. He is very young but i think Cal Peterson could be a prime time goaltender. So i really think we can get rid of either Kasdorf or Ullmark.

Ducks, Tampa, Montreal, StLouis & Detroit are teams I could see having a goalie picked as well

Not sure about Fucale. If he's been playing in the AHL that counts as pros. Otherwise I think he's okay.

It's why I'm not worried about our goalies being taken.

Depends on who trades goalies as well
I think Fucale is in his 2nd AHL season, so he'd have to be protected. Not positive though.

It'll be interesting to see if the NHL tries to get 2 expansion teams to start in the same season.

I've been saying this and believing it for months....doesn't mean diddly-squat but if we luck out, we get bragging rights.

btw, I won Sir Paul tix last Fall just as hockey season started, so I view a lottery win as the other bookend to "my" season.

Goalies are certainly more hit or miss...but with Peterson, Kasdorf and Lehner all in the system I felt like was a position of strength.

Moody Blues deserve to be in the Hall, no questions asked.
