Did anyone else get snow yesterday? We got 6 inches dropped on us last night in Ohio. Took the Jeep out around 2 am on the unplowed streets... Let's just say it felt like there wasn't any snow

we're getting a wet snow here in philly right now. i doubt it accumulates to anything. but it's still pretty weird for these parts.

Yeah it literally came out of nowhere. 2 days ago it's windows down weather and then it drops half a foot on us in a few hours.. Huge flakes too. I was supposed to undercoat the jeep and give it its first wash today.. Still haven't washed it and I've had it a week.
Shoulda called up Biggs, McNeill, McGrath, Ruopp, Plachta, Seymour....
If cap constraints prevent all of them from appearing, at least call up as many of these deserving young players as possible and let them get some NHL experience against a team where they can fully display their "talents".
Seriously, how sad is it that the NHL has become a league where a playoff team feels the need to bench its top players ("giving them rest", my ass) so that they won't be the victims of a series of deliberate attempts to injure? - ab1
it's likely a nice gesture by the Penguins for his success and work during the AHL season. lots of teams do this kind of stuff this late in the year.

yeah were getting big flakes too. thankfully not anywhere near the level for you guys. i couldn't deal with that right now. i'm just mentally ready for spring.
im not sure which team i would rather see first round. ive been hoping for the islanders because all their injuries and what not. but they got a bit dirty with us last game. i could see them getting mad and trying to hurt someone once they get down in the series.
rangers played us pretty hard last game and you never know when a goalie like queen lundie can steal a series.

I think the Isles. No Halak, No Harmonic, No Lee. Although I'd be confident against the Rags too.

Playing the Islanders would guarantee that the Penguins can play at their breakneck pace. I'd rather deal with Martin (though he's injured) occasionally than get clutched and grabbed to death.

But then again there's that horrendous ice in Brooklyn.

Islanders. I love watching Tavares play, guys a magician. Rangers will just resort to collapsing 4 guys around Lundqvist and hope they can beat us 1-0. Islanders at lesst you know we're going to get some hockey to watch.
The Bruins are getting destroyed. Hard not to feel good about things if you're a Penguins fan. The rest of the east has looked not so special for a while now. Penguins have to keep playing their game in the playoffs and everything should shake out nicely.

I hate how videos skew the page. Changing the width of the video (it's right there at the beginning of the code) is always a nice thing to do. - hardnosed
Sorry bout that. It looked fine when I made the initial post.
So apparently we cant call anyone up from WBS unless there is an injury, hence why MoleRat came up and Sid is out with "bumps and bruises". Otherwise, Id guess others would have been recalled.
