I was feeling pretty bad about our home finale yesterday until I watched Boston's this afternoon.

It's official Boston is eliminated from the playoffs

I also can't wait until next year where I am rooting for my team in the playoffs and not rooting for other teams to not make it

I really think we are doing it the right way though...finally. Every year at this time I get bummed because I associate it with playoff hockey. I think we are close to regaining that excitement from '05 and '06, as long as Murray makes the right moves. This team has the centerpieces, and they're young.
