You'll always be a hater no matter what..
He's our best player atm.. - Arctic_AARDVARK
How is that hating?
You make no sense.
He's exactly what I thought he would be. Which is great.
Cause I dont stroke him with blue goggles on means I'm a hater?
Best player on a last place team.
That wont last long with what seems to be coming down the pipeline. |

Seeing people work their ass off and finish a marathon is good IMO. Therefore the marathon was good.
Plus the women's race was close until the last mile and the men's wheel chair race was real close. - RickJames77

You've always been a Kadri hater.. nowhere to be seen when he had that 4 pt game. Its always gloomy with you towards him. I dont care, but its true.
The Leafs got a great deal on that contract.

Good Jays Sox game.
Good marathon, beautiful weather, cooking out, great day - RickJames77
Really sucks about it being so warm, meaning many running today will miss their BQs, and perhaps a stunningly good looking guy sitting on a BQ -1:30 might just slip back in for the 2017 Boston Marathon. |

I never said that.
I wanted him for no more than 4.5......Lou did great.
Great cap hit and term.
Makes him a good tradable asset. - Fakepartofme
Such a hater
Here's a wild idea.... how about they keep the guy they drafted, developed, and plays a great Babcock type game? I know its a foreign concept for some, but you aren't going to find a better #2C, especially for that price.. |

kadri has always been primarily a setup guy... has been since junior... in order for him to be effective he needs shooters
and i would not call grabner or komarov effective shooters - Dozzer

Pretty dated article, but this pretty much describes the joy of watching the Boston Marathon:
http://proxy.espn.go.com/...story?page=simmons/030418 - Atomic Wedgie
"Also, South Boston's Murph broke the record for "most beers and cigarettes" in 1992, downing 31 bottles of Bud and plowing through four packs of Marlboro Reds in a six-hour span at Cleveland Circle."

Actually I've never been a hater of him.
I just dont stroke him like you do.
I like him as a player always have.....however, lately his diving has annoyed me.
Its why I cannot watch soccer. |

Here's something....how many players stay with one team their whole career?
ya look it up.
He's signed long term and his cap hit is good. Makes him a tradeable asset if need be......psst thats what you want with all your players in a cap world.
Its nothing new......just new to the leafs.
oh and thanks for proving my point with your bolded comment. |

It stops being a good thing when he starts embarrassing his team.
I'm not saying we are there yet, but there are certainly intangibles with having a diver on your team that you have to consider. |

I expect he will clean up his act a bit.
I also think he legitimately drew a lot of penalties and some of the accusations of diving were a backlash to that. I saw very little from Kadri that could be described as a Subban-level dive. |

I find it interesting that he was nailed for diving right after Babcock went off about the bias in the officiating. |

Agree fully... But he's going to have to tone it back a bit... That's not an easy rep to shake once the officials have you pegged as an embellisher... Justified or not |

I think it's being blown out of proportion .... If the leafs felt it was a serious issue I doubt they offer him a 6 year contract. |
