he got screwed in rochester, next to no playing time once ullmark went down, hence the demand - homiedclown
Thats what i though triggered the whole "going back to russia" thing.
They gave him no playing time and then criticized his numbers.
Very Ruff-esque.
Not that i think it matters. I think we definitely have at least 2 goalies for Rochester next season and have all summer to find more, weather one is the new backup here, or replaces one that moves up here.

I promise to not be the grammar/spelling police on HB even though I love to (I owe my last ban to grammar), but grammar is important and can even save lives. For example:

I cant stand any of those PPP guys, Chemmy, DraglikePull, that Youtube guy...they all have some sort of self of accomplishment now since their fancy stats are better yet were still 30th overall with one of the worst rosters in the leagues history.
Dont understand how they can just openly rip other teams thinkign they are so far advance in their "rebuild"

3 Things:
1) Until The Black Keys are as iconic as the Steve Miller Band they can (frank) off (this is coming from a guy who has only known the Steve Miller Band as "classic rock")
2) I have always been a big fan of Makarov and i'm kinda pissed how little of an opportunity he has gotten to prove himself (lookin at you on this one GMTM)
3) If Philly doesn't win tonight, break out the brooms

I couldn't agree more with number 1, who the hell are the Black Keys ?
I think Makarov is the better of the 2 goalies to keep in the pipeline - homiedclown
Could easily be signed
At this point, doesn't look like Lieuwen or Makarov will make an NHL impact.
Makarov has also made it pretty clear he isn't happy in Rochester.
Maybe Murray is just letting him move on to get a chance with another team.

when I hear an old fart like myself say that they don't make classic rock like they used to, I always point to the black keys...
steve miller is a great story about a musician who paid his dues and eventually hit it big...to the keys' dan auerhach and Patrick carney, miller was a huge inspiration for them with almost god-like status...
the article is about having their balloon popped when coming in personal contatct with their hero as he came off as a complete ass to them...

Isn't there a saying about that? "Never meet your heroes"
