You have me there in bold, but the other stuff? Never happen. You're too young to remember MAD. Mutually assured destruction. Basically you attack us with any kind of WMD: nuclear, biological, chemical, and we respond in kind. And since we don't use bio or chem weapons any more it'd be nuclear, and not just eye for an eye; if they launch against us we launch everything against them.

Edit: Trump has already pissed off all of Europe and Russia, China, and most of the Middle East.

Only the president has the authority to launch a nuclear weapon. He doesn't have to talk to anyone about it, or get authorization. He can just get up one morning and nuke Portugal for that ridiculous Spanish rip-off of a language() they speak if he wants to.
