not what i mean. i'd go to a game (no i wouldn't pay for tickets but that's more because i'm cheap than anything else). i'll watch on tv. i just have no hope that this organization will achieve success as currently set up

I understand some fans are pissed at the organization for not living up to the hype from last year and this year's fiasco but this is a team over achieving, relying on Price to keep them together.
- Symba007

exactly the word that comes to mind when thinking of the habs.

overachieving.... LOL!!!!!!!!!!

they won like 2 games after Christmas.

last year Price stole the show, most fans including the GM started to believe they were more than just Price....reality was a female dog this year

without question. i fully expect them to hit around 100 points with a healthy Price. they could even scratch out a series win if they get lucky and draw a team with mediocre goaltending. they will never compete in a playoff series with a team that has decent goaltending.

to me a team that overachieves is a team that isn't the most talented but that put together an above average effort to finish higher than they should.

a team that sucks and relies on a single player to carry it and then just folds like a cheap tent when that player isn't there is the very opposite of overachievers.

they are a team that flat out sucks.

Funny thing is after the lockout, Price had very very average stats and they still finished first.

I hope so but at the same time I'd feel bad for him. Can you imagine the pressure on the kid.

Can't wait to read the comment section on RDS

PATRIK LAINE Finland

BIRTHPLACE Tampere, FIN

Must be a way to make that sound Québécois

Maybe add "Lac" ou "Saint" in front of it.

The illusion is complete.

i remember that. he was great up until about game 40 though... he poop himself down the stretch and was terrible in the playoffs before getting injured.

we're not quibbling at all.

he happens to be 100% wrong and I happen to be 100% correct.

we should be able to move on fairly quickly at this point.
