Islanders have second trashiest fanbase in the playoffs and I HATE Garth Snow. Darcy should have never put in the 1st round stipulation for either year in that trade... We could've gotten a great player in the draft two years ago with that instead of trading it for an injured goalie... I'm rooting against Flyers, Islanders, Lightning, Rangers, LA, Chicago, Penguins, Predators in that order.

He would've gone down as the worst GM in history if the Islanders missed the playoffs and we won the McDavid lottery with the pick. I wouldn't have agreed to that part of the stipulation

The stipulation was not a bad move anything could of happen last year I know he made big moves but sometimes they don't work and end up at the The bottom look at Calgary same thing could of happen . We're are Lucky to get that much for vanek when all he got was a 2nd at the deadline

But imagine they were bad in 2015 and the pick ended up potentially being Eichel or Connor. Obviously if the pick was strictly 2014, we would have never known about the option to defer

My teams are Anaheim and San Jose. But it'll be tough for me if they both win their first series and matchup against each other.

You're one of the only Sabres fans I know who would say that. Far too much history with them. Their teams are always filled with dirty rats, they stole Briere from us, they beat us in the cup finals, they have the second scummiest fan base next to Boston, they beat us in a very winnable playoff series which happened to be the last time we made the playoffs, Garth snow, ken hitchcock, Dino Ciccarelli.... Need I say more??....

I don't like Boston, but they still have a majority of the same players, and play the similar rough/dirty style. Seeing them fall is satisfying.

I want Thornton or Ovi to get one. The more great players that eventually win cups will give me reassurance that Eichel will lead us to one someday

Seeing them lose last year to the Blackhawks was crushing, I really thought it was their year. I'm hoping for Ducks or Sharks cup, but I wouldn't be mad if the Capitals won and Ovie got his.
