Edler will be Edler n he gets banged up.
Miller will be motivated for a new contract.
Healthy Sutter etc.
Kids 1yr older n should be more consistent.
JB acknowledged lack of depth n will get vet UFA's for stop gap at least.
1st pick oughta plug right in.

I'm coming to the conclusion that there are only two things that matter when creating a cup contending team; developing talent and a hot goaltender.

Seeing guys like Neuvirth, Greiss, and Jones play like they did and seeing it repeat throughout playoff history, sometimes it doesn't matter the quality of the team in front of you.

They drafted and developed their own talent, as in Keith, Seabrook, Hjalmarsson, Toews, Kane, Shaw, Saad, Kruger, Bolland, Bickell, Brouwer, Byfuglien, Crawford etc.

I'd say Crawford has played good enough, but certainly not as good as Bloated is alluding to. I think he's right sometimes it works, but the team in front is much more important.
