this is the only updates they had today on stralman / brown (From Joe SMith) :

Though the Lightning won't have Anton Stralman (fractured left leg) for the beginning of the series — the top defenseman has yet to resume skating — Cooper said he hopes Stralman will make an appearance during the series. Cooper was less optimistic about wing J.T. Brown (upper body), saying if he returns, it won't be early.

When you run the NHL, you can do that.

Didn't you suggest the PO's reseed? If so the isles were seeded 7th or am I missing something?

Or you meant by changing the format according teams total overall season pts? Then you need to be more specific...

I know this may come as of a shock to you, but my opinion for going back to re-seeding conferences has nothing to do with the matchups from last year. or this year. or next year. Or the Capitals. or the Islanders. or the Lightning.

They should still re-seed the conferences after the first round, in my opinion.

I don't have an issue with it. Its the same way in football. There should be some reward for finishing in the top three of your division as opposed to being a wild card. Then again, I also see it from the other side, when a team with a better record doesn't get home ice advantage because of the division they played in.

I see the point, I do think the NHL should just go to a 2 conferences instead of the divisions and then the top 2 seeds are the 1 seeds. I think, for the Lightning at least, there is less home ice advantage because they don't have the history but they do get to sleep in their own beds is the only advantage in my mind.

JT probably have a fractured wrist
A shot block between the glove and arm pad leaves u a fracture or a crack. A crack should be healed by 2 weeks which is soon if i remember cor3cctlt

6 or 7 games
