I feel like we may getting a little to much in it haha. I don't how Ritchie is viewed currently. But he's a large fella which I like lol. And all 3 of those dman are pretty good in their own right. But to trade mcd I think we have to be blown away - Slimtj100
Said that to somebody today. I wouldn't deal him unless a team was desperate and was offering me something I couldn't turn down. |

Anaheim going to make some changes.
I imagine someone like Vatanen to Rangers an even larger possibility of happening now |
|
|
|
That's right. Besides, aren't you a pens fan? You Were able to trade Rob Scuderi who is a human traffic cone - Anthony5967
Less years, and a far less cap hit. You have a double Scuderi... if your GM finds a way to make that trade happen, GM of the year for him automatically. |

I'll just wait and see what Gorton does before I judge |

I imagine a lot of irons in the fire between LAK/EDM/NYR/ANA/BOS/DET/CGY
all pretty adamant changes will be made, and likely not minor ones |
|

I'd hold onto McD at least to see what happens next year. Not a bad idea though. - Anthony5967
If EDM had let's say 4th overall and Draisitl for McD I'm making that trade. Followed by Brassard for Shattenkirk, the Blues need help at center with Backes likely leaving. |
|

These are jokes right? Your best bet is to hope giardi gets claimed in the expansion draft. The long term dead cap of 3+ is a non-starter long term. Better to hope you eventually get a scuderi deal or he's claimed in draft.
Brassard for shat - maybe
Nash for 1st and prospects possible with 2+ retained, but the 15 goals isn't that exciting.
Mcdonaugh for draistl and a 1st - not happening. Maybe for draistl - sditulli
U say there jokes then say maybe they can all happen
It's part just having fun tossing out different possibilities part serious. |

Where did everyone hear Dallas was offering nichushkin for yandle? Not calling you guys liars, but I have a real hard time believing that was the offer. Don't get me wrong yandle is a good defenseman, but he would be a rental, and one I wouldn't think would be a need for them as they already have Klingberg goligoski de,ers etc.
Idk if that was really an offer, nyr f'd up real bad. However, I am really high on nichushkin but aditmittedly haven't seen too many games. Maybe I am missing something. Also, it is much easier in hindsight now that nyr was eliminated |

Waht are you talking about, don't you know that the Rangers don't have a single tradable player, I mean who's gonna want a player with playoff experience? who needs that? |

I don't think Dallas would ever have entertained a rental for Nichushkin. |

[quote=RangerFan1110]Good article Jan after 43 years of being a Ranger fan and only winning one Stanley Cup its sad to say how much easier it is getting not to win it all since you just don't expect it, you hope and pray for it.

Jan,
Nice use of "whither," props.
Am I crazy or is anyone else here rooting for the Isles in round 2? I know they're not mutually exclusive. |

I know its different for a Ranger fan to root for the Isles...but my good friend is an Isles fan and I have always rooted for them. Plus JT is one of my favorites |

JT has always looked (and sounded) like a registered sex-offender to me but I can't deny his skill.
I just think it is a good story with Greiss in net and kids like Prince and Quine stepping up. More palatable than TB |
