The only red flag is his injury. If it's that bad then by all means pass but if it's not and he's ready to go for training camp you filled your two biggest needs with day 1 starters.

You're thinking of the other guy, the one from Notre Dame. Myles Jack is from UCLA before he withdrew because of the injury. He has a question mark because of his knee, but it's not like the dude from Notre Dame who they don't know if he'll play and don't know the extent of the nerve damage to his knee/leg.

Edit: Jaylon Smith is the kid from Notre Dame.

I know smith might not get drafted, but I like to gamble, i would try to bring in both.

Smith was at the draft, so you gotta think he gets drafted. McGahee worked out relatively well for us, I know he didn't have nerve damage like Smith does, but the overall injury was way worse. Jack is a bit of a mystery as to why he didn't go tonight. I bet if New England had their pick they'd have taken one of them, probably Jack. Maybe because he withdrew from UCLA right after he got hurt so he could focus on rehab?

Lawson plays a lot of his snaps at outside linebacker. I think his sacks were split evenly as a DL and a rush linebacker last year.

Stamkos, Matthews and Jack would be unreal.
