Me either, pretty sure he plays on a worse team. Doesn't have the blast of Sergachev, but overall package of wrister,passing, skating and defense is the best package I've seen on tape. Juolevi had a very good juniors but he plays on an all-star team in London. Chych plays on a pretty mediocre team and led them to the playoffs where he had a point a game.

Canadian D are usually well rounded while the high end Euro D tend to be more offensively minded.

I've never seen him above that on any credible site or scout's list (craig button doesn't count, as if you look at the 2002 and 2003 draft where he was an NHL GM he brutally busted in both). I will not be placing bets on your opinion, but there's an outside chance.
