From what i read he has all the skills. Logan Brown looks good as well. I like Dubois.

That's cause for concern.

Why not ? Just cus your not picked 1st doesnt mean you cant be a number 1. He could bust out but he could be the best player in the draft who knows. Bo was taken then and if he was put in a position to generate offense instead of being a shut down center all year would look much better.

At the end of the day we need to get bigger and get top end talent at both forward and defense. I just don't think a dman at 5 is worth it but if we can land dubois I walk away happy and have him playing center.

"size" isn't the issue with our forwards its toughness. Probably have the two weakest stars in the league in the sedins.

I would agree and be happy with dubios. I just think the hype like every other year for guys with size is getting a little old. Don't have to be 6'6" to be an nhl and how many forwards are that size that are good? Defence sure.

Lucas Johansen, Kale Clague, Sam Steel, Libor Hajek, Jordan Kyrou, Nathan Bastian, Cam Dineen, Dillion Dube, Maxime Lajoie, Noah Gregor, Markus Niemelainen.

All players id be super happy with if we could get in the second round. I don't think they will turn out to be superstars but hope 3-4 D or top 9 forwards.

Burkie put it best yesterday. There are cliffs. The top 2-3 players are on a cliff by themself. There is a significant drop off after that cliff. Then the next 3-4 players are on the next cliff and after that another significant drop off.

The words that stand out are significant drop off. We have enough prospects and young player. Take the BPA

Take the quality not the quantity. We can't fix everything in one year.
