Assuming the Pittsburgh pick is 20-30, they'd have to add something valuable, tough to do. I think they only way they get another top five pick is get one next year after finishing near the bottom again.

This would be the best scenario. Leafs lose this draft lottery and pick fourth. The fourth pick is a solid fourth overall pick. But it's the 25 pick that is the Perry/Getzlaf of the draft. Giroux, whatever. That would be even better than getting Matthews.
