I've spent untold thousands on Amazon and yet they try to talk like they're doing me a favour when I ask for a shipping refund when they fail to deliver something on time when I've paid for express shipping. No you (frank)s, I'm doing you a favour by not being a Richard about it.

They're giving me the same run around. They tried to blame it on the distribution center and call them for some sort of refund. I said no, I've been on hold with you for almost 2 hours, it's equally your fault. And they said ok, hold on, and we'll see what we can do

They just offered me a 100$ gift card and I said no, I want to talk to a manager. Wish me luck

I bought a 4,000$ tv for my mom for Mother's Day for a room she redecorated. It's exactly what she wanted and a ton more. It was supposed to be delivered tomorrow while she's away and I took the day off. Now they're saying they don't have the tv after they were supposed to call me to ensure delivery and never did. So I called and now found that out. So I'm out a surprise, a day off, and have been on hold for an hour.

I'm going to lose my mind if I don't get a couple hundred back
