You guys know what I think of Tkachuck and Chycerun. I say we get one or the other. (He clearly thinks high of Tjachuk and Dubois as he mentioned then specifically.) And there is clearly one D he has his eye on. Because he answer wasn't really an in general answer - Bieksa#3
I like Tkachuk too, i agree on Chychrun being the top D man, wouldnt be upset with either pick, Benning seems to be a good scout so hell know best |

I like 2 D Julie and Sergachev. Chych isn't there for me I have 2 D ahead of him. Would I be upset if he took Tkachuk over brown or any of the D no. It really is BPA. |

Does anyone know if the Canucks are allowed to traded the pick they got for Torts back to CBJ?
Could be used to leverage the 3OA pick for 5OA and the high CBJ 2nd rounder or something of the like. |

Yeah thats not what I heard at all. I am torn between 2 dmen. If Dubois is there no brainer. I would take brown over Tkachuk. I think Edmonton takes Tkachuk though. - thundachunk
If Benning picks Brown id hope that he traded down from the top 5 pick, I cant see Brown going top 9 in this draft. |

I think Columbus has to make a choice of which year to give us June 1st. Then itll be our pick so we can trade it |

Brown
Also. Though he obviously is his own man. But Jeff Brown (Logan's dad) was banging Mcleans wife. I'm not sure liden goes there |

Deep draft it will be next year.
Personally I don't think this is that deep of a draft other than the top 10. |

Thats not what Benning is saying. He said after the big 3, the next class needs more time to be NHL ready. He's also named dropped Dubois several times... not saying much about Tkachuk... for what ever thats worth keeping in mind there is some foolery maybe going on. - boonerbuck
This. If you can pump a guys tires hard enough other GM's may take their eyes off the prize. |

I like the top 15 of this draft actually, with Fabbro and Bean and Julien Gauthier going after top 10 those seem like they would be good picks |

Isn't it 16, 17 or 18?
If so it's gonna be 18. |

He never liked Bonino. Only the money he was getting paid.

You know, I'm probably alone on this but I'd rather not buy guts out and have them count against our cap 2 yrs from now. The canucks need a good draft this yr and at least one more of a top 10 pick to load up the system.
I'd like to resign Hamhuis, 2 yrs 8 mill
And trade Edler - Bieksa#3
Thats what I would do too. Id do Hamhuis 1 year so he wouldnt be exposed to expansion then possibly resign him, |

Meh Its not as deep as people think. I tend to lean towards Brian Burke's comments on it. There are tiers to this draft. |

It was really a comment for CanuckDon. He stated you will never hear anyone call the Haglin, Kessel, Bonino line "The Bonino Line". He indicated that Bonino's the weak link on that line.
I think he fits that line nicely. |

Oh I know. Just referring to his annual love for playoff hero's and his need for them on our team |

Its called an NTC & if they could've been moved it woulda happened.
Your revisiting the past so lets stay in the present k.
As for Ladd it was overpayment & GM's will be on guard now. - Nighthawk
It is present and the future. My reference was they waited to long to make the trade and it bit them in the ass. So to prevent them from having that happen again you plan and makes moves sooner. Both players could have been moved even with the NTC in the end it was time that apperas to have got them. |
