Chiarelli likes big physical wingers. Marcus Foligno is a big physical winger. Could there be a match? Probably not, however this was more to bring up the point that Edmonton has plenty of needs. Chiarelli has said he still wants to get bigger and play a more physical game. The 24 year old winger would provide that.

At 8th overall Jacob Chychurn and potentially Alex Nylander could be available.

We need to trade up. This is the year. The oilers and vancouver have both come out and said they would trade down. If we can get into the 4th or 5th spot we can have a shot at Tkachuk who i think is a stud and could step in next season.

I wouldn't pay to move up for any of these defensemen, but the question would be Foligno for Tkachuk or sit tight and hope for Nylander. I think I'd pull the trigger on the trade because we have a few Foligno type players in the system.
