I know at one time a month or so ago I mentioned Hall as fall back to Stamkos but we will see, they are ready to go with 10-11 mill a year for Stamkos but only Stamkos know's where he will play. I don't think Tampa will go that high but he might take a little less to keep winning with the Lightening.
