Won't happen until Daniel retires. |

Daniel had a good year 27 goals, slow second half though. I hope Sven scores close to that - VANTEL
Can see Sven and Horvat flirting with 25 goals next year. |

Radio said the Giants were struggling due to the Whitecaps popularity but who knows…I actually think the Langley rink will be a nice intimate environment for the Giants. Great facility. They will sell out pretty much every game but it sucks for the fans in Van that have to travel a bit. - LordHumungous
A bit
you need to take a train and a Grayhound to get to LEC |

I hear you. However I just took a tour of the LEC last week and as an Arena Operator I must say it is an impressive place. Seats almost 4000 which is ok for WHL teams that are competitive. Here in Red Deer the rebels compete and can barely get 3300 asses in the seats. I really do believe the intimate environment of the LEC will be great for the Giants. |

My God Kris Russel Sucks.
I can't believe Calgary thought that scrub was better than Hamhuis. - classic321
Ya he's been burned a few times, that's who Minny was getting goals against too
Love to see it, maybe they'll be interested in Miller? |

As long as they get decent powerplay time. Bo looked good in front of the net the few times they deployed him there. Just need someone who can run it from the back end with Hutton or Edler and we'll be in decent shape. |

Canucks will be a lottery team the next two seasons. then they'll break out. Hopefully get a couple of top three picks. |

Which is not a bad thing, if you look at the talent that's playing hockey right now we're a long way out. |

Just read on today's NHL Trade Rumors (mostly quotes from newspapers or requotes of GMs) that Habs want to trade up to 4 or 5 to get Dubois or Tkachuk |

Another challenge for JB to overcome if he's set on one of those guys. |

The challenge is getting enough value trading down. |

Montreal does have two second round picks. Picking at 39 and Minny . I guess you could look at their 9 th and 39 th or try to build a better deal of swapping firsts and adding something to try and get Juulsen |

Bergevin seems to really covet 4th liners and we have a team full of them so there is a deal to be made. |

The Dif between 4th and 9th is more than just a 2nd I'd think. |

Here is a proposal .
Our first , Burrows ( hold 1.5 salary) and Subban for Juulsen and their first.
If we need to add the 33 we can look at it. |

It will be interesting to see how JB responds to any last minute surprises at the draft table (#4 spot) and he's put in a position to make a last minute decision. |

He should have a draft board which makes that no issue at all. Again, more challenging IMO will be trying to get full value while he's on the clock assuming the Oilers don't move their pick. |

We are finally in a position to replace either Daniel or Henrik and we are trading the kids before we even draft them? NO thanks |
