I think your team has sunk to a new low. Just don't understand how it appeared every player whinging about the Letang hit - especially after Orpiks dangerous play??

Trotz comes out & defends Orpik as a coach should, but then criticises Letang??? (Not to mention the league??). Just looked real bad for the organisation in general in my opinion - crying to suspend an opposition player!!! Oh, don't forget the knee on knee - I didn't hear Sheary come out & cry for a suspension????

Pens just better. This game showed the difference - Pens added Daley/Hagelin and really improved their team. Caps added Weber/Winnik and it was subtraction by addition.

The Caps personnel decisions are what cost them. You can't look at all the defensemen in the league, point to Mike Weber and say "Yep. That's the depth we need to help solidify our roster for the playoffs" and expect to be successful.

Ovi, well again I call what he did illegal (& a cheap shot), & if everyone can whinge & female dog to try & get the opposition player suspended, play the game! Oh sorry, that's only the Caps players doing that! Ovi's slash should be reviewed as long as injury could/did occur from what he did - could/did injury occur??

Seriously, I understand how my comments may come across as a frustrated fan seeing 1 of his teams best players be suspended due to comments made by the opposing team, but in all honesty it's the truth!

If I was on here complaining about things in the game & decisions going against & no puck luck & losing after 'maybe' dominating after a game, then yes that would probably be whinging or whining. But I'm commenting on a team of pro's going out of their way in an attempt to persuade DOPS to suspend another player. That's just 'dirty pool'!
