pretty sure Pens have lost 8 straight OT games in playoffs. Couldn't think of a better time to exorcise that demon. |

Why is Kessel carrying the puck up the ice on the PP?
Need Malkin to do that when Letsng isn't in. - brienstel
ill try to answer that if you can tell me why the (frank) hornqvist was up top? that should never. ever. happen |

honestly our pp is bad but washingtons pk is pretty good - martox
Yeah their PK is great, but our PP has become stagnant, swap Kessel out and let the HBK line be the second pairing, put Schultz on the point at least he shoots. |
|
|
|
Schultz should be on the 1st PP bombing it from the point. - MattStrat
Anything that lets Daley rest sounds like a good idea to me. Plus Schultz is pretty good at that. |

They are due to win an OT game right? |

I'm surprised Dumoulin hasn't played a few more minutes tonight.
FWIW Oshie has had a monster a series. I'd take him over Kessel right now. Might be a better playoff guy. |

I've determined that Tom Wilson was conceived when someone decided to (frank) a bag of expired Arby's sandwiches.
9 months later: Tom is born - dbell646

PP needs two of Malkin Kessel Sid otherwise it's too much talent and everyone wants a touch, even if that means two D on the back. |

Why do I feel Washington will get the next power play and a cheap goal by someone will win this game? |

Kessel needs to get off of the 1st PP line. He's been brutal tonight. Sub in Cullen or Sheary. Every time it comes to him he screws it up. |

You would hope after the last 8 OT games that they are. |

What did Sully call it? "Hope passes"? There's a lot of that happening with the PP. |

A bit off topic...But ovechkin strikes me as a guy who could age like Jagr. Big and strong with a powerful shot. Could lose a step or two. If he maintains his shot and keeps himself in shape he would seem like the current NHL player who could play at 45. |

PP via the most ticky-tack call imaginable too. Got a hunch it's coming, likely in the first half of the OT.

rofl... If Ovi couldn't shoot like he does, he'd be another John Scott. Just a thug taking cheap shots. |

God ... 15 years ago tonight the longest playoff game happened. I was up the entire game and the apartment below me thought something happened to me when Prime scored the goal for the Flyers at 1:45 in the morning or whatever the time was.
Praying to God this ends in a win and doesn't go that long. |

without a doubt. and it will be either another pile in front of the net type thing or some seeing eye shot from 70 feet out. |
