I'm surprised there wasn't a new blog declaring Matthews epic measly 3 pt implosion vs Belarus a reason to pass up both he and Laine (now that all things are equal) and draft Chychrun with the first.

Very strange choice in Caggiulas part, but you can't blame the oilers what so ever. Cheap contract and allows them to trade someone else without taking as much of a drop-off. No reason what so ever for them not to sign him.
