Unfortunately OV is right back to where he ends up every year. I'm pulling for big joe and the sharks as well. I always seem to cheer for the sharks for some reason, but I think some of those guys need to be moved if they don't get it done this year

He's a talented kid, no doubt, but how much of what we're seeing is him being rested, having a chip on his shoulder and/or the "Ville Leino Effect" where a guy scores more in one playoff year than he does over the course of the next two seasons with his next team?

Jonathan Drouin was a former 2nd overall pick and has 10 times the talent that Leino ever did. The only reason there such a difference in playoff production is that the Lightning mismanaged him badly, but the Circus that Drouin and his agent put on took the spotlight away from that.

Comparing the two isn't even apples and oranges. It's apples and a decaying orange peel that missed the trash can.

In my opinion there is absolutely NO comparison between Ville Leino and Drouin. The talent gap between these two is ridiculous. The only concern with Drouin is attitude. I think Boston had similar concerns with Seguin and shipped him out...

Sign me up for Drouin if he is in any way attainable.

Washington lost this series (and season) at the trade deadline. Any team that looks at a guy like Mike Weber and says "yep, that's the guy that's the guy we need to load up for a playoff run" is not competent enough to win their Conference let alone a Stanley Cup.
