What's wrong with a Pysyk Nelson 3rd pairing while cutting all the dead weight, such as Franson?

Sign or trade for another and you have 7.

Sign or trade for another if you can offload Gorges, in an ideal scenario.

Maybe I didn't reed long enough to catch the bad, unbiased part regarding our d, but pointing out Gorges is not a good first_passer, Pysyk needs to step up and play better against better lines, acquiring Gologoski/Yandle/whomever, and Bogo being Bogo is not saying anything we don't know already.
Adding one more top guy and the continued development of McCabe and Pysyk should improve our 15th ranked defense.

But, yes, Pys boy was at Times a wreck last year, but I still like him over Carlo any day.

when my grandfather was a young lad, he got revenge on a fellow soccer player by raiding the kids locker and lining the poor souls jock strap with icy hot. Oddly the kid didn't play soccer for the rest of the season.

All three have talent
All three the fan base has had high-hopes for
All three had a bad season last year (injury, new system/coach, luck/effort)
Now all three need to be shipped out of here for a bag of pucks
We're not winning a Cup next year, so there's no reason to get rid of all three of these guys so fast, we can wait to the trade deadline to see if any of them rebound. There are worse players we could have on our team. Unless they're moved in a package for a #2 defenseman or Taylor Hall we should sit tight.
