I would be more inclined to deal with CBJ for their 3rd, they need a few pieces we could offer and could always through that Torts pick into the mix.

Edmonton. Could then flip the 4th to Arizona and our 5th to Carolina. Walk away with 4 first round picks. Then next season hope for a top 3 pick and all 4 first rounds are a year older. And have 10 first round picks on the team!
