I tried 8 plus pysyk on one of the Oil Slick blogs and got shot down. That would make sense to me, I'd hate to do 8 and Girgs, I think that is overpayment. They of course said, keep the pick give us Risto or McCabe and Girgs. Still believe Pysyk + 8 is a fair trade.

If Murray is certain a player will be a star and falls in love with the prospect then I am ok making the move up to 4

but the player needs to play this coming season

Well, just to show everyone how fond I am of my analytics, Matheson has 5 pts in 6 games and the IIHF and Auston Matthews has only 6 in six games (Matthews has 1 more goal than the D-man prospect).
